Cebu Safari Adventure Park – Biggest Zoo in the Philippines
I had an opportunity to visit Cebu Safari Adventure Park in Cebu last January 22, 2020. We went there to celebrate my brother’s birthday. It is the largest zoo in the Philippines and a perfect weekend getaway. We went on a Wednesday and it was not crowded. It was also just after the Sinulog Festival so all the tourists have left Cebu already. We were considering visiting Cebu during the Sinulog festival to experience it but the prices for accommodations are much more expensive so we decided to just visit when the festival ends. Tip: If it is your first time visiting Cebu, I highly recommend visiting on the 3rd…

Filling Station Bar – Retro Diner in Manila, Philippines
Manila is full of photo-worthy cafes but Filling Station Bar in Makati is like no other cafes I’ve been to. This cafe is simply the best when it comes to retro or vintage themed cafes. It reminds me of 1950’s style American diner. Filling Station Bar is a must visit when in Manila. This cafe operates 24 hours and it is located in Padre Burgos Street in Makati City. You can take a taxi or grab to get there. You can have your breakfast in the morning or you can also just hang out at night and chill at the bar area. My First Airbnb Experience – Airbnb in Cebu
It’s been a few years since I’ve heard about Airbnb. I have created my Airbnb account since 2016. While I was planning my one week in Japan trip, I actually looked for a great place to stay in the Airbnb app. In the end, we decided to just book the Infinity Hotel Dome Osaka. It was one of the most unique hotels we’ve stayed at. There was no staff and have a self-check-in and self check-out system. It sounds a bit complicated but it was not. They will email you all the details you need to know before your trip. My favorite part about it is that it looks like…
